At Avenue 85, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
